As much as we would love to enter a long term partnership, there is no minimum order or contract. Each business or cafe has different needs, so we will work with you to create the perfect game plan for your needs. For instance, how much coffee you need per time period you need. If we develop a plan for regular coffee deliveries, I ask that you let me know one delivery prior that you would like to discontinue or change up the schedule

  • Being a business or church. You could be a business that is selling coffee to others or a business that needs coffee for your employees during the week. Any scale works!

  • Our goal is to give you coffee within the first or second week of roast date. That means you get your coffee fresh! With that said, if you are making a first time order, it could be the next day or a week from your first order. This simply depends on our roasting schedule and how many orders are placed before yours.

  • Grinding coffee takes extra time and a little extra care. It also complicates freshness. Preferably, you want to grind coffee as close to the time you intend to brew it. We prefer to bring you whole bean and you have a system for grinding and brewing to maximize freshness and taste. We can recommend commercial grinders and/or brewers if you need help.
